Sunday Sangha

Kundalini yoga incorporates gentle movement, breathwork, meditation & mantra to increase physical vitality and elevate consciousness. In this class we will work with increasing the mobility of the spine, resetting the nervous system, and calming the mind. This practice is beginner friendly and accessible to all.

Please bring a mat or blanket, chairs are available for modified options.

Essential oils and incense may be used during this class.
